With over two decades of experience, Troy Menges has built a reputation for strong partnerships and a deep understanding of the vertical construction and real estate industries. A North Carolina native, Troy began his career early in his family’s site construction business and has since played a role in the region’s continued growth.
His experience spans both residential and commercial construction, including office, retail, hospitality, medical, and higher education projects, as well as tenant fit-outs. Troy brings hands-on knowledge across multiple construction methods, including conventional steel, wood and pre-engineered metal buildings.
Beyond construction, his background includes work within the architecture industry, land acquisition and civil engineering coordination — covering site evaluations, due diligence, entitlements and full permitting processes. This well-rounded expertise allows for a more informed, efficient approach from initial concept through project completion.
